** Enhanced Security for Ticket System **

If you have ever submitted a support request or communicated with Celeratec via our ticket system, you have an account in our ticket system which can be accessed at https://Support.Celeratec.com to view your entire ticket history going back many years, and also access individualized features.

For this reason, you have probably received an email from “support@freshworks.com” recently with the title “Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Freshworks account“.

Freshworks is our trusted vendor for our Ticket System, Uptime Monitor, Chat Feature, and a few other services and we have just added 2-factor authentication to our ticketing system to enhance the security of your data, which is why you are receiving this email from Freshworks.

We vet our vendors very carefully and are proud to trust Freshworks with our client data. Click here to learn more about how Freshworks protects our data.

Our ticket system handles very sensitive information for you and your company, so this added security measure will ensure that we are following industry best practices to secure your data.

You can ignore this prompt, for now, it will not impact your ability to submit tickets via email or the Celeratec eProActive client, however, you will need to set up 2FA for the ticket system if you want to submit tickets online, view your ticket history, and access any of our advanced support options, including the new Employee Onboarding system in the future.

If you want to set up this 2FA security on your ticket account, we recommend using Authy to store your tokens.

These helpful guides can get you started:

  1. Downloading and Installing Authy Apps
  2. Use Authy for 2-Factor Authentication

In addition, we will continue to roll out 2FA security to all of our Internet facing technology, as we have already done for:

  • eProActive Management Portal
  • eRemote
  • Webmail & Mailbox Management
  • Exchange Management
  • ShareSync
  • Domain and Web Management

We are committed to securing our systems used to support your business with a layered security approach and this is one more layer to that security.

Thank you for your business and your trust.
